Maybe it’s time to pack your bags and avail of this offer from the American government. The American government now offers payment to anyone who will agree to live in this town. With free room and board, there seems to be nothing fishy about this deal.
But of course, there’s a catch.
While this proposal sounds tempting as it is, there’s just one thing that you will have to worry about.
The Garnet Town in Montana is the place known for being a ghost town. The town was originally a mining town during the 19th century but in the 1940’s the town was eventually abandoned when the mines were already worn out.
Local residents of the area said that during the night, the spirits of the former residents come out and do their daily chores. They said that they hear piano sounds coming from the inside of the saloon and chattering voices from the distance.
Some locals even said that the spirits hide in the shadows of their town. Local reports also claim that images and figures wearing old apparel make appearances across town. Still, no videos or evidence about the said images have been recorded.
Bureau of Land Management historian Allan Mathews then paid a visit to Garnet and reports said that the historian actually saw a woman’s figure standing beside the window of an old hotel in the town. Yet, it was still unclear what the historian actually saw.
